1. Request letter for purpose of Valuation along with applicant’s address and contact details.
2. External and internal Photographs.
3. Google Co-ordinates.
4. Land mark.
5. External and internal Photographs.
6. Google Co-ordinates and Land mark.
7. Building specifications – Is it RCC framed structure (or) Load bearing wall structure Type of flooring.
8. Year of construction.
9. Number of floors.
10. Built up area for independent houses.
11. Ownership documents like Sale Deed / Gift deed /partition Deed / Lease deed etc.
12. Municipal Tax receipt
13. Sanction plan / Approved plan by concerned Municipal authorities
14. If it is open plot, required Layout plan and LRS plan (if it is in unapproved or Gram Panchayath layout).
15. If it is open land / Agricultural land – required land conversion letter.
