A partition deed is a legal document drafted and executed at the time of the division of a common property. A partition deed is mostly used by families to divide members’ shares in inherited properties.
Required Data:
Request letter for purpose of Valuation along with applicant’s address and contact details.
Ownership documents like Sale Deed / Gift deed /partition Deed / Lease deed etc.
Municipal Tax receipt.
Sanction plan / Approved plan by concerned Municipal authorities.
If it is open plot, required Layout plan and LRS plan (if it is in unapproved or Gram Panchayath layout).
If it is open land / Agricultural land – required land conversion letter.
